Care & Maintenance
Anodised Aluminium
Wipe with a clean cloth to remove any dirt or dust. Avoid the use of any abrasive cleaning products. For stubborn marks, wash with warm water and a mild soap, and rinse with warm water.
Ceramic
Wipe with a clean cloth to remove any dirt or dust. Use only lint-free cloths as fibers may be torn off when cleaning the rougher surfaces of stoneware.
Upholstery
Vacuum regularly, ideally every week at half power, to remove any dirt or dust. Clean any spills as soon as possible and refer to specialist fabric cleaners for difficult to remove stains. We also recommend keeping fabric out of direct sunlight to maintain colour. Refer to individual upholstery manufacturer’s instructions for specific care Leather. Leather will naturally age and soften over time to reveal its natural beauty. Vacuum any dust and dirt with the soft brush attachment and then wipe with a clean cloth every few weeks or when necessary. Use quality cleaning products if necessary, but avoid using water as this may leave marks, Note: some scars and scratches from the cattle hide may be visible and are a characteristic of genuine leather.
Glass
Glass is particularly susceptible to damage and should be treated with care, particularly during installation. To maintain,simply wipe the product with a clean cloth to remove any dust. If necessary, use a household glass cleaner to remove marks and wipe with a soft cloth or paper towel to avoid streaks. Please ensure all lights are turned off prior to commencing cleaning or maintenance.
HDPE
To remove dirt and dust from HDPE Duet stool tops, simply clean with warm soapy water. To increase longevity, please place the Duet outdoor stools in a covered outdoor area and avoid direct sunlight and harsh weather conditions.
Laminate / Veneer / Powder Coated MDF
Wipe with a clean cloth to remove any dirt or dust. If using water, care should be taken to ensure water does not pool on edge as with may reduce veneer or laminate bond.
Marble
Marble is a natural marble sourced from Italy. Similarly sourced from Italy, Calacatta features subtle hints of gold grain on a bright white background. Elba Marble is coveted for its cool grey tones with soft brown markings and is sourced from a single quarry in Greece. To clean, simply use warm, soapy water to remove stains. Ensure the use of coasters under all glasses, particularly those with alcohol or citrus juices. Clean up all spills immediately, as liquid on the surface may penetrate the surface and leave permanent staining.
Mirror
Mirror is particularly susceptible to damage and should be treated with care, particularly during installation. To maintain, simply wipe the product with a clean cloth to remove any dust. If necessary, use a household glass cleaner to remove marks and wipe with a soft cloth or paper towel to avoid streaks.
Paint / Powder Coat
To remove dirt and dust, wipe with a damp cloth. Do not allow dirt or bird droppings to accumulate, dry out and harden. Never use strong solvents to clean power coated surfaces. Revive dull surfaces using car polish.
Solid Brass
Wipe with a clean cloth to remove any dirt or dust. Avoid the use of any abrasive cleaning products. For stubborn marks, wash with warm water and a mild soap, and rinse with warm water.
Timber
Our timber products are predominantly manufactured from FSC certified American Oak / Walnut / Mahogany / Cherry. To clean, simply wipe with a damp, soft cloth using lukewarm water. Avoid using detergent and abrasive creams.
Material Variations
All of our products are individually assembled and finished, meaning minor variations in finish, colour and form can occur. Several products include handmade components, including those crafted from glass, ceramic and timber. These will all have their own unique forms, patterns and/or finishes. Natural materials, such as timber, veneer and marble will also have varying colours and grains, this is evidence of their natural and unique qualities. These slight variations are to be expected and will not be accepted as a fault or defect in the product. Colours and finishes as viewed on printed and digital sources are representative only and may not appear identical to the finished product.

What materials do OBJKT products made of?
You can view available finishes and materials on our Materials Guide. If you would like a specific colour or finish, send us an email at info@objktstudio.com and we’d be happy to discuss possible options. All of our upholstered products and some of our furniture and lighting products are available in custom materials, colours and finishes, particularly those products that are anodized, painted or powder coated. Orders & Payment
How do i pay for my order?
We accept payment via Visa or MasterCard / Paypal as well as bank deposits to make ordering secure and convenient. We use Stripe to process all payments online. Stripe enables payments to be processed online easily and securely from any country in the world encrypted to AES-256. Stripe can be used to make secure payments on both desktops and mobiles.
Can i purchase all products online ?
All of our OBJKT pieces are available to purchase online – visit our shop. All of our pieces can be shipped internationally using international carrier DHL Express. Shipping is calculated at checkout by entering the delivery address.

How long does the shipping take? And how do I track it?
Our aim is to deliver your order as quickly, safely and most economically as possible. Refer to our shipping and returns policy and if you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us directly.
Shipping Policy - Singapore
Local shipping times vary by product, however you should typically receive your product between 2-5 business days after dispatch. We will send you a tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can track the delivery. All online orders are shipped via local express couriers which requires a signature upon delivery. If nobody is home, a consignment card will be left to allow you to organise a redelivery. Unfortunately we are not able to ship to PO Boxes. For all online orders we offer a flat rate of $50 per order for orders delivered within Singapore. All online shipments are not insured by default. You can opt to purchase insurance for your delivery from the shipping provider at checkout.
Shipping Policy - International
We offer international shipping on all products, please contact us directly if you would like to enquiry about international shipping for furniture pieces. International shipping times vary, however the product should typically arrive in 3-5 business days after dispatch, depending on country and location. We will send you a tracking number once an order is placed so you can track the delivery. Please note, these delivery times may vary due to current COVID19 pandemic restrictions and customs processing in your local country. All online international orders are shipped using DHL Air Express and require a signature upon delivery. Unfortunately, our provider, DHL are not able to ship to PO Boxes or e-Parcel lockers. Please note, DHL may need to contact you directly to organise any local custom charges applicable. Shipping rates vary dependent on weight, size and location, with the most economical price calculated at checkout. All shipments are not insured by default. You can opt to purchase insurance for your delivery by contacting us directly.
